Our courses range from highschool and beyond, with plenty of opportunity for you to thrive, learn and get a taste of the industry. Classes can count towards your SACE and can help you gain a variety of important life skills needed no matter the path you take.

We know that not everyone learns in the same way. We have developed a variety of teaching methods that give you the space to absorb knowledge through hands-on experiences.

AIOH-Students-Garden
Learn to cook, create your plate and then try your masterpieces throughout your term. Or perhaps hospitality and cafe work is more your style – learning about service, coffee pouring and other activities. Either way, you will get the chance to gain paid work in some of the best restaurants in your area.

As the driver of your own career, AIOH supports pathways of all kinds. We understand that the industry is constantly changing and there are more career options than the traditional chef or front of house worker.
