Our facilities – Adelaide Institute of Hospitality

Located in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD area, AIOH is easily accessible via public transport.

Our kitchen was built with the industry in mind, offering the latest culinary equipment so students can learn and experiment with a hands-on approach.

Our facility also has a fully functioning bar and café where students train in a hospitality style space.

Our advanced resources allow students to build skills with fundamental techniques, such as Modernist, Molecular, French and Asian techniques among many others.

A blend of theoretical and practical knowledge is the perfect recipe for success. Theory-based learning is supported by the latest online resources and digital delivery tools.

A brighter,
bolder industry
is on the horizon.

Part of the AIOH cooking school is moving into Lot Fourteen’s International Centre for Food, Hospitality & Tourism Studies, set to open in late 2023.

This centre will be a melting pot of world-class research, training and education, where exciting global careers in food, hospitality and tourism will grow and flourish.

Bringing together the top-tier education, training and research providers in South Australia, the International Centre will create a community that will break barriers and meet the growing demands of the food, hospitality and tourism industry.
