Certificate I in Hospitality

•  Fee for Service (FFS) only available when facilitated through school (price will include cost of trainer, enrolment fee, ingredients and resources.

Certificate II in Hospitality

•  Fee for Service (FFS) $2,300 or

•  TGSS Funding available *eligibility applies

•  Student/school contribution to be confirmed

Certificate III in Hospitality

•  Fee for Service (FFS) $3,000 or

•  Under Contract of training as a Trainee funding available *eligibility applies (employer pays $1000 Gap Fee to cover the 2 year contract, billed at $500 per year)

Kitchen
Certificate II in Kitchen Operations

•  Fee for Service (FFS) $2,300 or

•  TGSS Funding available *eligibility applies

•  Fee for Service (FFS) $2,300 or

•  Under Contract of training as a Trainee funding available *eligibility applies (employer pays $200 Gap Fee)

•  TGSS Funding available *eligibility applies

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

•  Fee for Service (FFS) $9,939.13 or

•  Under Contract of training as an Apprentice funding available *eligibility applies (employer pays $1500 Gap Fee to cover the 3 year contract, billed at $500 per year)

Retail
Certificate III in Meat Processing

•  Fee for Service (FFS) $9,500 or

•  Under Contract of training as an Apprentice funding available *eligibility applies (employer pays $600 Gap Fee to cover the 3 year contract)
