This course will not only give you the opportunity to open doors for future careers, but it will also give you undeniable life skills both personally and professionally.

Many career pathways can result from this qualification, which will allow you to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops, among other spaces.

You might be eligible for subsidised training if you live or work in South Australia, and are:

  1. an Australian or New Zealand citizen
  2. a permanent Australian resident or
  3. an eligible visa holder

For adult learners

  • 16 years or over and not enrolled at school (employed in a Training Contract) or

For those still at school

  • 16 or turning 16 years of age in the current year of enrolment and enrolled in Year 11, 12 or 13 doing SACE or an equivalent or
  • enrolled in Year 10, 11 or 12 and employed in a Training Contract that combines VET and SACE or school-based curriculum

Adult Training Contract Funded gap fee: $230.00 per year of contract of training (billed to employer)

School Student Training Contract Funded gap fee: $230.00 per year of contract of training (billed to employer)

School Student VET Funded gap gee: $237.50 per student plus uniform fee: $120.00 per student (Total $375.50 per student)

Fee for service if funding does not apply: $2,300.00 per student

55 SACE credits can be applied upon the completion of this course.
