Meat processing on Scope

We are really excited to announce that the AIOH has just been approved to train apprentice Butchers.

The training will be delivered by two of South Australia’s most talented Butchers Wilson Lowe from Bruces Meats and Dave Armstrong from Goodwood Quality Meats.

Both guys are AMIC Master Butchers with a real passion for the industry and providing the next generation of Butchers with the tools and skills to raise the standard of Butchery in South Australia.
