Our mission is to connect students with South Australia’s diverse hospitality community and offer hands-on learning experiences. We support our students’ development by providing them with the knowledge, skills and networking opportunities required for a successful career in food and hospitality.

Tailored learning

Have the freedom to follow your interests and pursue career goals that work for your learning style. Our courses, training and employment services are customised to meet our student’s individual needs. AIOH offers 20 contact hours per week to allow for access to employment opportunities as soon as students land in South Australia. Study courses on offer include Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
