(Formerly Basic Gaming Training)

Training is a mandatory requirement for all gaming employees commencing work who have not previously undertaken gaming training. Gaming employees who have not previously undertaken gaming training must complete RSG 1 within 3 months of being appointed.

This course is an approved training course through Consumer and Business Services (CBS), within South Australia.

Develop the essential skills and expertise required to deliver responsible gambling services. Equip yourself with the knowledge and confidence to effectively support individuals at risk of or already experiencing gambling harm, while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Additionally, gain the ability to confidently navigate and assist others in using gaming machines, ensuring a safe and responsible environment.

Private courses can be booked for a group of participants where the AIOH Trainer comes to your location.
