Trainers engaged at this facility bring a wealth of culinary experience from national and international contexts, having previously worked in some of the best restaurants in the world like El Bulli and other European Michelin Guide 3* star rated establishments (the undisputable guide of reference for high quality standards in the restaurant industry where 3 stars is the maximum distinction achievable) before starting to work at the Adelaide Institute of Hospitality.
Trainers are recruited based on breadth of experience, exceptional culinary and hospitality skills, the ability to innovate and capacity to engage with students. Some trainers have received Australian hospitality industry awards like “3 Chef Hats” from the Fairfax’s “Good Food Guide,” arguably the most highly regarded awards guide in Australia.
